Enabling the Rule Engine for Decision Table |

You must first configure the usage of a decision table in the business process.
- Click Menu on the Process Platform toolbar. The Menu appears displaying a tree view of all the tasks on the My Applications palette.
- Click System Resource Manager. The System Resource Manager appears displaying a list of existing Services.
- Double click the Business Process Management Service. The Properties - Business Process Management and Memory Status views appear.

Refer Service Container Properties Interface to set the properties of the Business Process Management Service. - In the Properties - Business Process Management pane, click the Business Process Management tab. The Business Process Management tab view appears displaying Admin Database tab view details as the default view.

Refer Business Process Management Service Properties Interface to set the properties on the Business Process Management tab. - Click the Process Engine tab. The Process Engine tab view appears.
- Select the Enable Rule Engine check box to enable it. The Rule Repository tab appears.
- Select required database configuration from the Select Database Configurations drop-down in the Rule Repository tab view. The selected database configuration details appear.
- Click .
- In the System Resource Manager view, right-click the Business Process Management Service and select Restart. The Business Process Management Service restarts.
The Rule Engine is enabled for the decision table.
